3. Wait for the conversion to complete (you'll see a progress bar)
4. Once finished, you'll see the converted images in the results section

After conversion is complete:

1. Click the "Download" button next to each converted image to save it to your device
2. Alternatively, you can copy the share link to access the image later or share it with others

Problem: Unable to upload images

Solutions:

• Ensure your image file is not larger than 50MB
• Check that your file is in one of the supported formats
• Try refreshing the page and uploading again
• If using URL upload, make sure the URL points directly to an image file
• Check your internet connection

Problem: Conversion fails or gets stuck

Solutions:

• Some complex images may take longer to convert - please be patient
• Not all conversion combinations are supported (e.g., converting a JPG to PSD may not work as expected)
• Try converting to a different format
• Refresh the page and try again
• If the image is very large, try using a smaller image

Problem: Unable to download converted images

Solutions:

• Check if your browser is blocking downloads
• Try using a different browser
• Use the share link to access the image in a new tab, then save it
• If the download link has expired (after 24 hours), you'll need to convert the image again

Converted images are stored on our servers for 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted. We recommend downloading your converted images as soon as possible.
